| Wheelchair users and their families in the Birmingham area can now travel together thanks to the Toc H 'Chairman' a wheelchair accessible car. The vehicle, which has been specially manufactured to carry one passenger in the wheelchair plus a driver and three other passengers, is available to loan for single trips or holidays. Drivers must be over 25 years of age with a full UK driving licence and a good driving record. A daily charge will be made at the time of booking and petrol is not included.
